I come down
the hill anyway.
The mountain is the priority — it's where I live and where I'm fastest. But the 330 runs both directions, and San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands and Yucaipa sit at the bottom of a drive I'm already making.

The mountain
No travel fee. Crestline through Big Bear. I live in Running Springs, right in the middle of it.
Close down the hill
No travel fee. San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands, Yucaipa — the bottom of my own commute.
Rest of the IE
$50 flat. Riverside, Fontana, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and the rest of the IE. Waived when you book two or more shoots the same day.
One price list, hill or valley.
No separate valley pricing, no quote-only games. What you see on the rate card is what a listing costs, wherever it is.
What you're buying down here is the same thing mountain agents buy: aerials included from the Standard tier up, next-business-day photos, and an agent on-camera walkthrough that puts you in front of the camera, not just the house.
| Essentials | $245 |
|---|---|
| Standard | $575 |
| Signature | $995 |
| Estate | $1,499 |
Plus $50 travel outside the free zone. Add-ons at standard rates.
Book two the same day and travel is free.
If you're a team or a brokerage with more than one listing in the same week, stacking them on one day removes the fee entirely and usually gets you a better slot. It's the single easiest thing you can do to lower your cost per listing.
